Use the Omgevingsloket permit check for the actual address and full alteration. Facade work, a listed building or an extension may add requirements. Discuss uncertainties with the municipality.
Agree on documents and timing
Identify who applies, supplies calculations and drawings, and responds to requests for further information. Include municipal fees and changes to the design in your agreements. Set the final start only after the required permissions and conditions have been checked. Preparation, application processing and construction are separate stages.
