Pascal Hilberts is one of the people behind Draagmuur Gigant. Together, we work on renovations that give your home more space. We start by listening: an open kitchen, a larger living room or a connection to an extension. That vision is the starting point for discussing the preparation and work involved.
Jesse Hilberts is part of our team for structural openings, welding and steelwork. A new opening changes how you use your home as well as its layout. As a team, we bring your idea and the practical work together, with attention to existing conditions and the finish you want.
Marlon Stiemsma is one of the people behind our work. At Draagmuur Gigant, building work and steel come together, from preparing an opening to assembling and installing the required structure. That needs cooperation between the specialists. We coordinate the separate tasks within one clear project plan.
Kenny van Schaik is part of the Draagmuur Gigant team. A beam, column or frame must suit both the house and the new layout. We therefore discuss not just the steel, but also delivery, available workspace and junctions with the floor, walls and ceiling.
Johny van der Meer is part of the team behind your renovation plans. An opening is often made in a home that remains occupied. With that in mind, we discuss access, protection of the surroundings and the work sequence, so you understand what the renovation means in practice.
Dhaniyo Haages is part of our load-bearing wall and steelwork team. Each home raises its own questions: what stays, where the opening goes and which structure is needed. Together, we bring those questions into the discussion. The design for your property then guides the agreed work.
Melvin Mik Mak completes our team. We also look beyond the structural opening: how will the new space connect to the rest of your home? We discuss steel cladding, repairs and the desired finishes in advance. At handover, we review the work and agreements together.
