Building agreements
Review the division deed and applicable rules. Discuss permissions, documents and working conditions with the Dutch homeowners’ association, known as the VvE. A municipal permit does not replace agreements with other owners.
Access and records
Coordinate steel delivery and debris removal through lifts, stairwells or facade access. Protect common areas and agree on working windows and resident notices. Keep decisions, calculations, drawings and completion documents together. The design must consider the building above and below your apartment, not just your room layout.
