From preparation to completion
Place the kitchen layout, circulation space and island position alongside the structural design. A visible beam may suit the interior; a concealed beam needs room for cladding. Discuss ventilation, sockets, water and heating, as well as the continuity of floors and ceilings. Final kitchen measurements should follow confirmation of the new layout. Agree on which existing fittings must be removed or protected.
What we coordinate with you
- Coordinate the kitchen design and opening
- Assess the wall and steel solution
- Plan service alterations with specialists
- Agree on demolition, finishing and installation order
What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

Must the kitchen be removed before the opening is made?
That depends on the workspace and opening position. Agree in advance which parts must go and which can remain protected.
