From preparation to completion
Specify whether the work includes only fittings and sanitaryware or also tiles, screed and pipes. The new installer may have requirements for the substrate. Appropriate specialists must isolate services before demolition. If unexpected materials or damage appear, the approach needs reassessment. Access, tilework, floor layers and the agreed handover condition affect cost.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

Only if the required repairs and substrate preparation are included. Swept clean and ready for installation are different standards.
