From preparation to completion
Supporting masonry and floors is only one part of an external opening. Waterproofing, insulation, airtightness and the junctions around the new frame also need detailing. Coordinate final frame dimensions and delivery before opening the wall, including temporary weather protection. Access outside, supporting structure and facade repairs influence the quotation. Supply and installation of a new window or door frame are included only when expressly agreed.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

Is the new door or window frame included?
Only if its supply and installation are specifically listed in the quotation. We coordinate the opening with the party supplying the frame.
