From preparation to completion
Assess how the roof, facade and foundations meet the main house. Demolition may expose an existing wall to weather again. Define temporary closure, repairs and the transition to the next building stage. Check permissions, demolition notification requirements and possible asbestos. Specify whether floors and foundations are included; removing only the above-ground structure is a different scope.

What affects the price?

Does demolition include the foundations?
Not automatically. Agree whether only the above-ground structure or also the floor and foundations will be removed, and specify the final condition.
