From preparation to completion
An archive drawing is a starting point. Compare it with the current building: previous alterations or actual measurements may differ. Plans of the existing and proposed situation, sections and structural details may be needed. A sketch helps explain your ideas but does not replace a coordinated drawing with checked dimensions. The level of detail and missing information affect the drawing work.
What we coordinate with you
- Review available archive documents
- Measure existing conditions and missing dimensions
- Detail the new opening and junctions
- Coordinate drawings, calculations and revisions
What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

Where can I find the original drawings?
Ask the municipality or municipal archive for the property’s building file. Include documents from later alterations.
