Start with usable space
Describe the finished clear opening and height. Include cladding, columns, adjoining walls and the position of doors or kitchen units. Check that available building documents match reality and keep unresolved information visible.
Coordinate the complete delivery
Specify fabrication drawings, approval of changes, prefabricated assemblies and site work. Include temporary support and coordination with demolition. At handover, review the work against the quotation, record outstanding items and collect final calculations, drawings and product information. Keep the file for future maintenance and alterations.
