Photograph both sides of the wall, adjoining rooms and the access route. Mark the approximate desired opening. State the building type, floor level, what is above the wall and whether drawings, calculations or permissions are available.
Describe the result
Explain whether you want structural work only or also finishes, debris removal and coordination. Share your preferred period without treating it as a confirmed start. Label uncertain information as uncertain, rather than presenting an assumption as a fact.
