Compare with the agreement
Check opening dimensions, cladding, junctions and waste removal against the quotation and final drawings. A changed execution must have been discussed and assessed where necessary.
Keep the project file
Collect final calculations, drawings, permissions and relevant product information. Record differences and remaining work with photographs. Specify what is needed, who does it and when. Distinguish tasks for your painter, flooring installer or kitchen supplier.
