From preparation to completion
Dimensions, support positions, connections and assembly sequence must be known before delivery. Temporary support for existing building parts belongs in the preparation where needed. Agree which members are supplied, how they reach the workspace and when inspections and follow-on work occur. Record changes and outstanding items at handover. A structurally completed opening and a fully painted room are different completion levels.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.
