From preparation to completion
Position determines how the stair meets both floors. Headroom, circulation space and structural support are important. Timber and concrete floors may require very different solutions, so the stair supplier and engineer need the same final information. Agree on temporary protection, installation, balustrades and repairs. Supply of a new staircase is a separate item unless explicitly included.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

Only when agreed. Have supply, installation, balustrades and reinstatement explicitly listed in the quotation.
