From preparation to completion
An internal wall is not automatically non-load-bearing. Pipes, ventilation and fire or acoustic separation can also affect the work. Once its role is established, the preparation can be tailored to the building. The floor often needs attention because its finish may not continue underneath the wall. Agree on protection, removal, waste and the level of reinstatement.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.
