From preparation to completion
Before drilling, establish what is in and around the area. Reinforcement, pipes and prestressed components may restrict the location. The installer specifies the required clear opening; the engineer assesses structural acceptability where necessary. Agree on water and slurry collection, access, sealing and reinstatement. Diameter alone does not determine the price: thickness, position, quantities and preparation matter too.

What affects the price?
Loads, span, support, access and finishes determine the work. A price for steel alone is not a price for the complete opening. Share your drawings and desired result so the quotation can identify included work, provisional items and exclusions.

No. Floor type and structural components may limit the position. Have the chosen location assessed first.
